PURCHASING A WATCH accepts three different payment options:

Paypal - Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. PayPal is the most reliable online payment method in the world. It is fast, safe, and user friendly. Rest assured that your information is always safe and secure with PayPal.

PayPal will also email you all applicable order information in regards to the status of the order including tracking information. If you have a PayPal account, it is even easier to place an order. Right after the order is placed, you will be sent an email from PayPal, with the receipt of purchase, and invoice.

If you do not have a PayPal account, it is very easy to create one. It can take 24-48 hours for PayPal to activate and/or approve your account. To speed up the process, contact your credit card company with the exact total of your purchase.

Bank Wire Transfer - The most efficient way to purchase a watch and process an order is paying via Bank Wire Transfer. We offer a 3% price reduction when paying for the watch via bank wire transfer instead of credit card. Simply click on the watch you would like to purchase, send us an email with the intent of purchase, and we will deduct 3% off the total price, saving you, the customer, hundreds of dollars. Additionally, being that there is no credit card verification process, the order will process and ship same day in most cases.

Order by phone - If you are not computer savvy and/or do not have access to a computer or a bank wire transfer, call us at 1-877-503-4055 to place your order by phone. This process takes three business days to pass all security checks. You may need to fax us a clear copy of your credit card and driver’s license to process the order. Due to this delay, we recommend using the bank wire option to expedite your order.

RETURN POLICY wants you to be more than satisfied with your purchase. We fully understand that buying an expensive item over the internet can be a very anxious process. Therefore, we offer a Three Day Money Back Guarantee, which allows you to have the watch fully inspected locally. The three day period begins when you receive the product, thus, you have three business days to let us know you are returning the product.

When returning a watch, we require you to call our customer service department and get an RMA number. Customers without an RMA number are not eligible for a return, and the package will not be accepted. The watch must be sent back with all original boxes, booklets, tags, and all applicable paperwork.

Due to the high cost in shipping and the high value of the product, we respectfully ask that you refrain from ‘light’ purchasing and only order items that you are certain you want to purchase. Items that are customized, specially ordered, or International Orders or have never been used or worn, such as new or unused watches, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


We fully understand that when purchasing a high end luxury timepiece, the last thing you want to worry about is an issue with your watch. offers a full, one year, buckle-to-buckle warranty on all products. If anything goes wrong with the watch within the first year, we will send you a pre-paid, fully insured shipping label, and service the watch free of charge. The warranty covers all manufacturers defects and beyond which include: movement check, movement collaboration, full movement overhaul, watch polishing, and cleaning. highly recommends the extended warranty plan that is offered on our site next to each watch. The warranty is only $99/year and covers parts and labor, with a zero deductible.

HOURS OF OPERATION is open from Monday through Friday, 9:30AM to 6:00PM Eastern Standard Time. Our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday. During the months of November and December, We are open until 7:30PM and are also open on Sunday from 12:00-5:00PM.

Every watch on that does not include diamonds, is a 100% “factory original” Rolex. Even though we are not Rolex Authorized dealers and are not affiliated with Rolex USA in any way, Rolex will still service any watch that is considered “factory original.”

There are certain watches on our site that have diamonds, either on the dial, or on the bezel, and are custom added by our private in-house jeweler. These watches are considered custom watches and are not eligible for a return, only an exchange upon approval. The diamond work on our watches is considered ‘custom’ diamond work and will void out the Rolex guarantee. Due to this, we send out the original dial and bezel for all custom orders. All diamonds are added by and not by Rolex. All diamond work is performed according to industry standards, while the watch is still fully water proof and water resistant.

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE guarantees that every watch sold is a 100% factory original Rolex, and is in perfect working order. Every watch includes the original box, booklets, tags, and all applicable paperwork. Every watch has the model number and the serial number intact. On most pre-owned models, the serial number

and model number are located on the casing, and can only be viewed by removing the bracelet. The newer models, from 2007 on up, have the serial number located underneath the crystal, around the circumference of the dial. Every pre-owned watch receives a full polish, cleaning, and overhaul, before it is shipped to the customer.
